Hello, I'm Nikki Dean.

I haven’t always been confident speaking up, but for the past 20 years I've done just that! On Live TV, on big stages and for clients around the world.

And The Bloody Brilliant Speaker® is my life’s work, 20 years of showing up, occasionally screwing up, stretching, learning, studying and building a career out of being myself in front of people.

And I teach you how to do that too, it in a way that no one else does.

This isn’t recycled theory, it’s real world tools, mindset shifts, insights into the world of Speaking and Pro tricks I’ve used and developed myself.

I’m not a coach who watched a few videos and then asked ChatGPT to write a course - I actually Speak for a living.

First and foremost I'm a Presenter, a Professional Speaker & Communicator - but Coaching is my Passion! I’ve helped hundreds speak Bloody Brilliantly, grow their confidence, and unlock the kind of visibility that changes your life.

My Story

I wasn’t always confident speaking up. In fact, for a long time, I stayed small, hidden behind fear and overthinking.

But everything changed after I lost my dad. Grief has a way of making you look at life differently, and after taking time to figure out what I really wanted from life, I said my first brave “yes.”

That one yes changed my whole life.

Since then, I’ve presented on shows like BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing as their Backstage Online Presenter for 6 series, Anchored a Live daily Breakfast Show for 3 years and Presented the Gadgets on BBC 2's Something for the Weekend, as well as represented Global Tech and Automotive brands on stages around the world.

I’ve collected stories, made memories, and built a career I never thought possible. A life full of tales for the future grandkids, the kind I would have completely missed out on if I’d stayed quiet, stuck, and hidden.

Now I help others find the courage to use their voice too.
