First and foremost, I’m a Presenter with over 20 years working for the BBC, Channel 4, SKY and Live stages around the world, presenting for major global brands.

I bring that experience to my work as a Public Speaking Consultant and Communication Strategist, helping others show up with confidence, clarity, and charisma - whether they’re pitching, presenting, or leading a team.

There’s no fluffy theory here. Everything I teach comes from real-world, lived experience, honed on giant Global stage and in front of Live TV cameras where there's no second chance and authentic communication truly counts.

My Bloody Brilliant Speaker® framework turns all that battle-tested experience into a practical, results-driven system built for today’s business world.

It wasn’t so long ago that I was exactly where you might be now.

Full of ideas, potential, and drive, but holding back because fear and self-doubt were running the show.

Then life dealt me a cruel blow, I lost my dad tragically and it forced me to reassess life. Once I'd rebuilt myself I decided to say yes to things that terrified me, after all you only get one shot at this life.

I made a showreel that quite literally changed my life. That leap landed me my first TV presenting job, and it set the course for everything that came next.

Now, I bring that empathy and empowerment to my work as a Public Speaking Consultant and Communication Strategist, helping ambitious people step into their voice and deliver with genuine presence, impact, and confidence - even when your knees are knocking and under pressure.

That first wobbly yes led me here!
