The time commitment depends on the level of involvement you choose. As it's an online course you can work at your own pace outside of the Live teaching, setting aside time for completing your workbook or weekly challenges we set, plus some time for practice between.

It really can be done in the time you have available - and the 1:1 coaching session included will really help you focus on where you need to most and build that confidence in a supported environment.
